マイユニは、「誰もがありのままで過ごせる社会」の実現のため、企業や教育機関に対して、「LGBT講演会・研修・コンサルティング」を実施しています。

また、YouTube、note、Twitter、Facebookなど様々なSNSを使ってLGBTQに関する情報発信を行っています。

MyUni is a start-up company that was founded by LGBTQs and ally. They provide LGBT seminar, education and consulting services to corporations and educational institutions in order to realize a "society where everyone can live as they are"

あるビジネスパートナーからご紹介いただいたのがマイユニでした。代表者が学生で、大学のインキュベーションプログラムから巣立ったスタートアップでした。代表の方のこれまでの人生体験を聞き、そして作りたい多様性のある社会、について最初に聞かせていただきとても共感したのを覚えています。

ソーシャルビジネスの立ち上げ時は、どんな会社でも潤沢に費用がありません。でもやりたいこ事業アイディアは沢山あります。マイユニさんもそんな状態でした。そんな中で、何ができるのか？

どの事業をすることが、実現可能性として高いのか？を考える一方で、どの事業がビジョンを実現することに近いのか？そんな議論からスタートしました。

定期的にメンタリングを実施。対面またはオンラインにて月に何回か、アイディアを形にしていくために共にサービスについて検討しました。

I met the team of MyUni through a business partner. The CEOs were a Kinki university student at that time and the start-up was just born from university's incubation program. The CEOs told me their personal stories and suffered history and as well as ideal society MyUni wants to create. I resonated with their vision where diversity is the norm.

Many social businesses has no plenty of money while having a lots of ideas they want to do at start-up stage. MyUni was in such a state. We started a discussion what business would be feasible "and" closest to their vision in such a situation.

Be Think provided periodical mentoring either by online or in person in order to make their idea possible.
