クロスフィット京都は日本在住の外国人夫婦が個人事業主として営む道場でした。こちらの店舗移転と法人化を行いました。 株式会社の法人立ち上げ業務、銀行借入、店舗探索・交渉、国からの補助金獲得、事業計画の策定、ウェブサイト設計・企画・ディレクション、集客企画、営業から会計・税務までの効率化設計と運用を行いました。  

Crossfit Kyoto used to be a sole proprietorship of a foreign couple who lives in Japan. I helped Crossfit Kyoto for its conversion to a corporation. My mission was to get paperwork done for incorporation, to source cash from banks, business planning, to get grants from Japanese government, to look for another location and negotiate with the land owner, website planning and direction, to create and handle efficient sale-to-accounting&tax workflow using apps, and planning promotions to attract new clients.
